activities they have to perform in the organization.

It means
that the HRM strategy must be data base. The Human resource management must
have experience to grass root level and planning must be done on the actual
working conditions.

It is the
key thing to remember that the main purpose of the HR strategy is to follow the
business goals. A success full strategic HRM gains the competitive advantages
to the organization and support the business to tackle in every kind of
