Organizational
behavior focuses on how the human resources are behaving in organizations, it
includes the way in which they interact with each other as well as how they are
working within an organization to complete their tasks and objectives.
Organizational behavior is
the “the study of human behavior in organizational settings, the interface
between human behavior and the organization, and the organization itself.”

study of organizational behaviors matters a lot, because it enables the management
to understand about the behavior of the workers. The management must be in the
position to understand why the human resource of the organization’s behavior
varies. It is necessary to control their behavior for the efficient working
environment. Through it, they can predicate about the reactions of the workers
