Organization:

            Organization is a group of the people who joint together for achieving some common goals.

Organizational behavior:

            Organizational behavior focuses on how the human resources are behaving in organizations, it includes the way in which they interact with each other as well as how they are working within an organization to complete their tasks and objectives.

Organizational behavior is the “the study of human behavior in organizational settings, the interface between human behavior and the organization, and the organization itself.”

Organizational behavior is directly concerned with the understanding, prediction, and control of human behavior in organizations.”



Goals of the study:

            The study of organizational behaviors matters a lot, because it enables the management to understand about the behavior of the workers. The management must be in the position to understand why the human resource of the organization’s behavior varies. It is necessary to control their behavior for the efficient working environment. Through it, they can predicate about the reactions of the workers at the time of any action or decision. Moreover, it is also rich for the workers because through this study management can understand their needs and demand. They know about their motivational factors. So they can effectively work for their job satisfaction.

These are the factors on that the management or leadership can do for better satisfaction of the human resources of the organization which will lead to effective organizational behavior.

         Organizational culture:

                  The overall behavior of the organization depends on the culture prevailing in the organization. It means a supportive culture and team working will definitely develop the behavior of the culture towards the effectiveness.

         applying the right leadership:

                 Right leadership means the leadership which always struggles to improve the performance of the employees and also themselves. The leadership is key to set the organizational behavior. It must be well known about the problems of employees and hurdles in the way of their performance so that; they will lead to the employees for effective working environment.

         Understanding how to develop great leaders:

                  The working environment must be suitable for the workers to bring their skills knowledge and abilities. This type of environment will produce more leadership qualities in them.

         finding the right people:

                  The behavior of the organization must be tending to hire for the best suitable personals so that they will lead to the organization for competitive advantages. Right job for the right person is key to the efficiency in the performance.

         Understanding nature and needs of the employees:

                  The behavior within the organization must be soft management oriented. The management philosophy must tend toward understanding the nature of the employees and working for fulfilling their needs.

         sustaining the strong job satisfaction:

                  If the workers are satisfied with their jobs and working environment, they will definitely do their best. They will be more motivated to work and have rare chance of stress. So, it will lead toward a suitable organizational behavior.

         Developing high performance team:

                  The management must work for team working environment in the organization. The workers are more supportive and helping to each other if team working environment is in the organization.

          maintaining the performance:

                  The maintenance of the good performance and keep doing well is also key factor of the successful organizational environment. If the management is working for maintaining the efficiency in the working environment it will develop overall behavior of the organization.
